James:
Scouting: With his dad's help in Webelos, James received his Tenderfoot, 1st & 2nd Class along with his Swimming Merit Badge, May, 2008. We are so proud of him!

School Play: James was the Guard in the "Wizard of Oz" and KSL's cameraman at BizTown.
End of Year Dance: You should see this man dance! This little Elvis can sure shake his booty!
Smile: Got his braces on the 3rd of March, not much to smile about...yet!
Vacations: When spent with cousins, James is happiest.
Frown: Lost both his Great Grandpa Hunter and his wonderful Grandpa Lowell Peterson within one month of each other.

Julia:
Performer: Jewels was invited to perform with a select group with her 2nd grade teacher, Mrs. Jones (she's in green.)
New Best Friend Baptized: Galilee (Lilly) Nelson, May, 2008
Beautiful Up-Do: Professionally created and boy did she look lovely, but would not let us take a picture...so I'm posting it just to spite her.

Loves to Be Outside: Anytime, anywhere, esp. on a horse, but a bike will do.

We're New, and we hope to be Used!

I just spent hours catching up on both Lea's and Cherae's blogs, and was inspired to create...no, I didn't say procreate. Having no previous education on blogs whatsoever, here goes!

James & Jewels and I are in GlenEden, Oregon with mom and dad on their 44th Anniversary, and they both forgot it! (What we all have to look forward to.) They did receive an amazing phone call tonite from Shad, I mean BISHOP Nelson, CONGRATULATIONS, SHAD!!! You da man! We did get a cute photo of the forgetful couple kissing, (ew, gross!) however, I have no way of getting it on here in OR. So here's their stinky feet in lieu of them smooching, enjoy!
